Who We Are

Driving smart manufacturing across the UAE and GCC.

SAS Middle East FZC is an Industry 4.0 engineering house headquartered in the Hamriyah Free Zone, Sharjah, serving manufacturers, food & beverage processors, aluminium plants and oil & gas operators across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Oman and Kuwait. Founded in 2012, we combine mechanical, electrical, electronics and embedded-software engineering under one roof — a discipline mix that lets us own every layer of an automation project, from sensor selection and panel fabrication to PLC code, HMI/SCADA, OPC UA / MQTT data architecture and AI-driven process optimization.

Our work is shaped by German engineering rigor and Gulf-region operational reality. We deliver scalable, secure and maintainable systems that survive 50 °C summers, dust, voltage fluctuations and 24/7 production schedules — with documentation, spare-parts plans and training that keep them running long after handover. Whether you need a single retrofit, a new production line, an IoT data backbone or an AI optimization layer, we engineer it around your KPIs: OEE, energy intensity, scrap rate, mean time between failure and total cost of ownership.

Mission

To deliver dependable Industry 4.0 systems that maximize OEE, reduce unplanned downtime and optimize total cost of ownership for manufacturers across the GCC.

Vision

To be the trusted engineering partner across the GCC, recognized for smart automation deployments, AI-enabled production lines and sustained operational improvements.

Values

Technical integrity, safety-first engineering, design precision, continuous improvement and client-centric accountability on every project, from feasibility through go-live and beyond.

Our Approach

From idea to implementation—built around your operations.

We follow a structured, collaborative delivery process that keeps projects on-time, on-budget and aligned to operational goals — with checkpoints and documentation at each phase so plant managers, EHS officers and finance teams stay in sync.

Discover

Process mapping, asset audits, I/O counts, bottleneck analysis and technical feasibility studies grounded in shop-floor data.

Design

Control logic design, HMI/SCADA architecture, electrical power schematics, 3D CAD layouts, safety circuits and a fully costed bill of materials.

Deliver

Panel fabrication, hardware integration, factory acceptance testing (FAT), site commissioning (SAT), staff training and go-live support.

Support

Preventive maintenance schedules, spare parts management, performance tuning, retrofits and continuous optimization for the long haul.

Why SAS

Partnership built on precision and trust.

We deliver measurable value through engineering rigor, safety-first design and responsive project management — backed by ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 certified processes.

Multi-Disciplinary Team

Mechanical engineers, electrical specialists, embedded firmware developers and project coordinators working in integrated teams under one roof.

Custom-Built Solutions

Every deployment is engineered around your line speed, quality metrics, footprint constraints and regulatory requirements — no shrink-wrapped templates.

Safety & Compliance

ISO 12100 risk assessments, emergency stop logic, Category 3/4 safety interlocks and ISO 9001 quality documentation across every project file.

Certifications

ISO-certified quality and sustainability standards.

We follow internationally recognized standards to ensure consistent quality, safety and environmental responsibility.
